Rosie was a semi-finalist on the Great British Bake Off 2019, best known for producing her animal-themed bakes including biscuit chicken! Living in Oxfordshire with a menagerie of animals, Rosie works as an emergency and critical care veterinary surgeon.
Growing up with a severe nut allergy, and living with a sister who is gluten and lactose intolerant, Rosie enjoys developing allergen free bakes and recipes for the whole family to enjoy. She enjoys experimenting with new flavours and updating the classics.
Rosie is excited to teach some of her favourite bakes and techniques; a bit of a change from teaching students in the operating theatre! Since the Bake Off, Rosie has been developing recipes for various brands and magazines, chatting on BBC radio and enjoying charity work, alongside her veterinary career.
