Sandy Docherty (GBBO, 2015) will teach you the skills to make a selection of her favourite biscuits. If you want to learn Sandy's secrets for getting the perfect crunch or crumble, then this is the class for you! We'll be making Italian Biscotti, Viennese Shortbreads (filled with a delicious buttercream), and a savoury parmesan shortbread, ensuring that you cover a number of different skills and techniques which, under Sandy's guidance, you'll soon master! There really is nothing better than enjoying your own, home-made biscuits with your favourite hot drink, and you'll certainly be wanting to invite all your friends round for tea after attending our class!
 
We’ll start off the day with teas and coffees, before we put on our aprons and watch Sandy demonstrate all the skills required to make her delicious treats. We'll spend around 2 hours baking, before tucking in to the fruits of our labour whilst hearing stories about Sandy's time on TV!
 
Your class also includes a glass of prosecco, snacks and soft drinks.
 
Please note all participants will bake in pairs.
Participants must be aged 12 years or over. Those aged 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult.
 
'Individual' tickets are £99 per person, whilst a 'Pair' ticket can be purchased for the discounted rate of £175.
