Karen Wright (GBBO, series 9) is hosting her first Bake With A Legend class! You can join Karen to bake an impressive Praline Tart topped with a beautiful and delicate chocolate decoration. You'll make a hazelnut pastry that you'll fill with a delicious sea salt caramel and Karen will give you tips on how to get a beautifully shiny ganache to finish your tart.
 
We’ll start off the day with teas and coffees, before we put on our aprons and watch Karen demonstrate all the skills required to make this indulgent bake. We'll spend around 2 hours baking & beautifully decorating our masterpieces, before tucking in to the fruits of our labour whilst hearing stories about Karen's time on TV!
 
Your class also includes a glass of prosecco, snacks and soft drinks.
 
Please note all participants will bake in pairs.
Participants must be aged 12 years or over. Those aged 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult.
 
'Individual' tickets are £99 per person, whilst a 'Pair' ticket can be purchased for the discounted rate of £190.
Places are non-refundable.
 
All classes are subject to a minimum number of six attendees signing up. If the minimum number is not met, we will inform those who have purchased a place no later than 10 days before the class, and will offer a full refund, or a place at an alternative class of their choice.
