Join us for a special afternoon as Jane Beedle (GBBO finalist) shows you the skills to master her wonderful Strawberry Showstopper Cake! We'll learn Jane’s best tips for making a delicious light sponge, a beautiful butter icing, tasty chocolate dipped strawberries before finishing off demonstrating how to make and then decorate with a delicious chocolate ganache. Jane will be on hand throughout the class to ensure you learn to perfectly recreate this wonderful cake!

Your class includes a glass of prosecco, snacks and soft drinks.

Please note all participants will bake in pairs.
 
Participants must be aged 12 years or over. Those aged 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult.
Places are non-refundable.

'Individual' tickets are £99 per person, whilst a 'Pair' ticket can be purchased for the discounted rate of £190.

All classes are subject to a minimum number of six attendees signing up. If the minimum number is not met, we will inform those who have purchased a place no later than 10 days before the class, and will offer a full refund, or a place at an alternative class of their choice.
