Jane Beedle (Finalist, Series 7) will teach you the skills to make her wonderful wintery Apple, Pecan and Fudge Cake, just in time for the festive season! If you're looking for a delicious alternative to the classic Christmas fruit cake and you want to learn how to make a rich, white chocolate icing, then this is the right course for you! Learn Jane's best techniques for creating delightful glitzy macaroons, adding some bling to the finish!
 
We’ll start off the day with teas, coffees and pastries, before we put on our aprons and watch Jane demonstrate all the skills required to make this indulgent treat. We'll spend around 2h baking & beautifully decorating our masterpieces, before tucking in to the fruits of our labour whilst hearing stories about GBBO!
 
Your class includes a glass of prosecco, snacks and soft drinks.
