Jane Beedle (GBBO Finalist, Series 7) will lead a chocolate dessert masterclass, showing you all the skills you'll need to make two indulgent desserts to share with your friends! We'll hear all of Jane's hints and tips for making mini chocolate and raspberry mousse cakes - light, and delicately decorated -  as well as a delicious chocolate and hazlenut roulade, filled with flavour. You'll definitely want to host dinner parties every weekend after attending!
 
We’ll start off the day with teas and coffees, before we put on our aprons and watch Jane demonstrate all the skills required to make these brilliant breads.
 
We'll spend around 2h baking, before tucking in to the fruits of our labour whilst hearing stories about Jane's time on TV!
 
Your class includes a glass of prosecco, snacks and soft drinks.

Please note all participants will bake in pairs.
Participants must be aged 12 years or over. Those aged 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult.
Places are non-refundable.

'Individual' tickets are £99 per person, whilst a 'Pair' ticket can be purchased for the discounted rate of £190.

All classes are subject to a minimum number of six attendees signing up. If the minimum number is not met, we will inform those who have purchased a place no later than 10 days before the class, and will offer a full refund, or a place at an alternative class of their choice.
