Howard Middleton (GBBO, Series 4) will show you all the skills you need to make classic Bakewell Tarts and beautiful Meringue Kisses! We'll start with French meringue, which we'll form into meringue kisses - perfect as a gift, or to devour all by yourself! We'll then make delicious Bakewell tarts where Howard will show you how to master pastry for this classic British bake!
 
We’ll start off the day with teas, coffees and pastries, before we put on our aprons and watch Howard demonstrate all the skills required to make this indulgent treat. We'll spend around 2 hours baking & beautifully decorating our masterpieces, before tucking in to the fruits of our labour whilst hearing stories about Howard's time on TV!
 
Your class also includes a glass of prosecco, snacks and soft drinks.
 
Please note all participants will bake in pairs.
Participants must be aged 12 years or over. Those aged 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult.
 
'Individual' tickets are £99 per person, whilst a 'Pair' ticket can be purchased for the discounted rate of £190.
Places are non-refundable.
 
All classes are subject to a minimum number of six attendees signing up. If the minimum number is not met, we will inform those who have purchased a place no later than 10 days before the class, and will offer a full refund, or a place at an alternative class of their choice.
