Join Howard Middleton (GBBO, series 4) for his Patisserie Masterclass where'll you'll learn to bake an impressive Gateau St Honore. Howard will show you the skills you need to make a delicate puff pastry for the base, as well as choux pastry which you'll pipe into balls that you'll decorate with a delicious caramel. You will also learn how to make a creme chiboust which will be the filling to your traditional French patisserie!


We’ll start off the day with teas and coffees, before we put on our aprons and watch Howard demonstrate all the skills required to make this indulgent treat. We'll spend around 2 hours baking & beautifully decorating our masterpieces, before tucking in to the fruits of our labour whilst hearing stories about Howard's time on TV!


Your class also includes a glass of prosecco, snacks and soft drinks.


Please note all participants will bake in pairs.

Participants must be aged 12 years or over. Those aged 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult.


'Individual' tickets are £99 per person, whilst a 'Pair' ticket can be purchased for the discounted rate of £190.

Places are non-refundable.


All classes are subject to a minimum number of six attendees signing up. If the minimum number is not met, we will inform those who have purchased a place no later than 10 days before the class, and will offer a full refund, or a place at an alternative class of their choice.
