Beca Lyne-Pirkis (GBBO, Series 4) will show you the skills to become a true pastry master! Join us for our first ever public class in Bristol and learn how to make and handle Beca's delicious shortcrust pastry! You'll hear all of Beca's hints and tips for making both a sweet and a savoury tart - Double Chocolate Brownie Tart, and then a seasonal vegetarian filling.
 
We’ll start off the day with teas, coffees and pastries, before we put on our aprons and spend around 2 hours baking. You'll watch Beca demonstrate all the skills required to make this delicious treat, before splitting into pairs and trying to recreate the bakes yourself! Once we've finished baking, we'll tuck in to the fruits of our labour whilst hearing stories about Beca's time on TV!
 
Your class also includes a glass of prosecco, snacks and soft drinks.
 
Please note all participants will bake in pairs.
Participants must be aged 12 years or over. Those aged 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult.
Places are non-refundable.
 
'Individual' tickets are £99 per person, whilst a 'Pair' ticket can be purchased for the discounted rate of £190.
 
All classes are subject to a minimum number of six attendees signing up. If the minimum number is not met, we will inform those who have purchased a place no later than 10 days before the class, and will offer a full refund, or a place at an alternative class of their choice.
