KAREN WRIGHT

Karen was a contestant on the 2018 series of the GBBO, leaving at the half way point on episode five.

Karen is remembered not just for her colourful and imaginative showstoppers but also for her colourful wardrobe and flamboyant personality.

​

Since appearing on the TV Karen has been busy demonstrating at food festivals all over the country impressing the audiences not just with her bakes but also with her engaging style and sense of humour. Karen also writes a weekly column for her local paper, has her own slot each week on a community radio station, and regularly is asked to give motivational talks about her Bake-Off journey. In addition to this Karen is a keen travel and food blogger and has a monthly food slot on BBC Radio Leeds.

Karen has been very happy being a part of Bake with a Legend and is looking forward to continue hosting classes that are both fun and informative.
