Rosie's Vegan Afternoon Tea

Join the brilliant Rosie Brandreth (GBBO, series 10) live to make her delicious Vegan Afternoon Tea. A selection miniatures fit for a fancy afternoon tea, and all completely vegan (and all tested with gluten free flour). Deliciously spiced flaky pastry ‘sausage’ rolls, miniature Victoria sponge cakes with chantilly cream and little decadent mint chocolate mousses with chocolate shards. This is the perfect class for building your skills in vegan baking, whether you're vegan yourself, or curious on baking something a little different

The class starts at 5pm UK on Saturday 25th September 2021 and all you need is access to Zoom via a computer, an iPad or a phone and you'll be connected! We’ll start off the class with an introductory welcome and some background from Rosie's time on TV, before we ask you to put on your aprons & bake along as you watch Rosie demonstrate all the skills…
