Join the brilliant Rosie Brandreth (GBBO contestant from series 10) live to teach you the skills you need to bake this delicious French classic, the Croissant.

In this class Rosie will guide you through her recipe for baking these buttery pastries without having to wait two days to taste them! Alongside the classic croissant, Rosie will teach you to bake Pain au Chocolate and your very own homemade marmalade.
