In this class Rosie will guide you through her recipe for her beautiful croissant/muffin hybrids. Luxurious twists of pillowy, buttery croissant dough, tossed in cinnamon sugar, filled with a silky smooth chocolate ganache and topped with a set, toasted marshmallow. They're too good to share!
