The fourth in our special series of classes that will be the perfect accompaniment as you enjoy the 2021 series of The Great British Bake Off! This week the brilliant Rosie Brandreth (GBBO, series 10) will be teaching her seasonal Pavlova celebrating the signature challenge for dessert week. Crisp piped meringue with deliciously chewy middle, topped with whipped cream, a spiced orange curd and honeycomb pieces.

The class starts at 5pm UK on Sunday 17th October 2021. We’ll start off the class with a warm welcome and some background from Rosie's time on TV, before we ask you to put on your aprons and bake along as you watch Rosie demonstrate all the skills required to make her delicious treats.
Our class will take around two hours as we bake our masterpieces, before you can tuck into the fruits of your labour all whilst hearing fantastic memories and stories from Rosie, Tickets are priced at £35 for individuals and £50 for groups of two or more that will join from the same household. Places are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or altered after purchase. All guests will be emailed a link to the class following their booking.

For the Meringue:
150g Egg Whites (approx. 5 egg whites)
300g (1 ½ cups) Caster Sugar
1tsp Cream or Tarter (optional)
Food Colour Gel (pick your favourite Autumn colour!)
For the Honeycomb:
100g ( ½ cup) Caster Sugar
501g (1 ½ cups) Golden Syrup
1tsp Bicarbonate Soda
For the Spiced Orange Curd:
1 Large Orange
50g (¼ cup) Caster Sugar
20g (1 ½ tbsp) Butter
½ tsp Mixed Spice (or Pumpkin Spice)
Orange Food Colour Gel (optional)
For the Cream:
300ml (1 ¼ cups) Double Cream
