Join the brilliant Rosie Brandreth (GBBO contestant from series 10) live who will trach you the skills you need to master her unique Jiggle Cheesecake.
This class takes place on Saturday 16th March at the following times:
10am PT / 12pm CT / 1pm ET / 5pm UK GMT

Join us to bake this jiggly spring inspired creation, the Japanese Jiggle Cheesecake complete with a Kataifi Dough Easter Egg Nest. This recipe will see you trying out new skills as you bake something unlike anything you've baked before.
Bake With A Legend Online Classes are an interactive experience, where we limit group sizes to around 25 to ensure an intimate online setting. Not only do you have your celebrity baker teaching you, but you also have one of our brilliant Bake With A Legend hosts who will ensure the smooth running of your experience ensuring everyone is enjoying themselves.
If you need any help at any point during the class, you’ll be encouraged to raise your hand and your baker will be virtually joining you in your own kitchen in no time to assist you!
You’ll bake along in tandem with Rosie, learning many tips and tricks a long the way as you perfect all the skills required to make Rosie's unique take on the classic Cheesecale. Rosie will also be on hand to answer your questions, be those about baking or her experiences of being involved on such an iconic television show.
Tickets are priced at £35 for individuals and £50 for groups of two or more that will join from the same screen. Please note we can accept requests to move classes with two or more weeks notice prior to the class – any requests to do so, will incur a £5 administrative charge.
Once booked in, all guests will be emailed a full recipe and the zoom link required to join us for the class. Just in case you don’t spot it please check junk mail!
· Large mixing bowl x 2
· Electric whisk (or a stand mixer if you have one)
· Mixing spoons/spatula
· Saucepan x 2
· 6 inch loose bottom cake tin x 2 (1 can be a sandwich tin but 1 needs higher sides)
· Baking paper
· Pastry brush
· Balloon (hand) whisk
· Piping bag
· Roasting tin
· Baking tray
For the kataifi dough:
125g (1 cup) plain/all-purpose flour
75g (½ cup) cornflour/corn starch
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp vegetable oil – plus extra for greasing
300ml (1 ¼ cups) water
2 tbsp butter (to brush the pastry)
Mini chocolate eggs to decorate
For the syrup:
100g (½ cup) caster/superfine sugar
100ml (½ cup) water
2 tbsp lemon juice
For the cheesecake:
30g (2 tbsp) butter
35g (2 ½ tbsp) cream cheese
40ml (2 ½ tbsp) milk
3 egg yolks
170g egg whites (4-5 eggs)
20g (2 ½ tbsp) plain/all-purpose flour
20g (2 ½ tsbp) cornfour/corn starch
Zest of 4 lemons
70g (⅓ cup) caster/superfine sugar
