Rosie's Financiers, GBBO Week 9

Join the brilliant Rosie Brandreth (GBBO semi-finalist from series 10) live from Oxford, UK who will guide you through baking the ninth of our GBBO Mystery classes from 2023's Bake Off, where we will teach you the technical challenge from week 9 of this year's show: financiers.

Rich and nutty browned butter cakes with a delicate crispy shell topped with a lightly whipped cream, 6 flavoured with lemon & raspberry and 6 flavoured with cherry & chocolate - a French classic.
