Rosie's Slice and Bake Pink Citrus Biscuits - GBBO 2025, Week 2

Join the brilliant Rosie Brandreth (GBBO semi-finalist from series 10) live from Somerset, UK who will guide you through baking the second of our GBBO Mystery classes from 2025's Bake Off, where we will teach you the signature challenge from week 2 of this year's show: Slice and Bake Pink Citrus Biscuits.

The class is on Sunday 14th September at the following times:

9am PT / 11am CT / 12pm ET / 5pm UK

We’ll start off the class with an introductory welcome and some background from Rosie's time on TV, before we ask you to put on your aprons and bake along as you watch Rosie demonstrate all the skills required to make your delicious recipe.
