Join the brilliant Karen Wright (GBBO Star, series 9) live from Wakefield, UK as she guides you through her recipe for Smores Millionaire Shortbread.
This is where a Smores meets a Millionaire, a fun and delicious bake. The biscuit base includes some Wholemeal flour, salt and cinnamon bringing the Graham cracker taste. The caramel is salty and golden, whilst the marshmallow layer is fluffy and sweet and VEGETARIAN! The dark chocolate topping is swirled with white and for the artistic amongst the bakers can be splashed with edible paint and dusted with glitter for a Jackson Pollock style decoration!
We’ll start off the class with an introductory welcome and some background from Karen's time on TV, before we ask you to put on your aprons and bake along as you watch Karen demonstrate all the skills required to make these delicious treats.
Our class will take around 2 hours 30 minutes as we bake our little masterpieces, before you can tuck into the fruits of your labour all whilst hearing fantastic memories and stories from Karen.
Tickets are priced at £35 for individuals and £50 for groups of two or more that will join from the same household.Places are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or altered after purchase.

Ingredients
Biscuit Ingredients:
150g (1 ¼ cups) Plain Flour
50g (1/4 cups) Wholemeal Flour
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
75g (1/3 cups) Caster Sugar
150g (2/3 cups) Melted Butter
Caramel Ingredients:
150g (3/4 cups) Soft Brown Sugar
50ml (1/4 cup) Double (Heavy) Cream
100g (7 Tbsp) Butter
½ tsp Sea Salt
Marshmallow Ingredients:
200g (1 cup) Caster or Granulated Sugar
½ Tbsp Liquid Glucose
100ml (1/2 cup) Water
8g (1 Tbsp + 1 tsp) Agar Powder
1 Egg White
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
Chocolate Topping Ingredients:
200g (1 to 1 ¼ cups) Dark Chocolate
50g (1/4 cups) White Chocolate
Gold edible paint, edible gold glitters and dusts optional
