About the Event

Join the brilliant Karen Wright (GBBO Star, series 9) live from Wakefield, UK as she guides you through her recipe for Smores Millionaire Shortbread.

This is where a Smores meets a Millionaire, a fun and delicious bake. The biscuit base includes some Wholemeal flour, salt and cinnamon bringing the Graham cracker taste. The caramel is salty and golden, whilst the marshmallow layer is fluffy and sweet and VEGETARIAN! The dark chocolate topping is swirled with white and for the artistic amongst the bakers can be splashed with edible paint and dusted with glitter for a Jackson Pollock style decoration!

Caramel:medium saucepan, wooden spoon, knife or offset spatula.

Marshmallow: Medium saucepan, sugar thermometer, large heatproof mixing bowl, electric hand whisk, small offset spatula or butter knife, large spoon.

Chocolate Topping: 2 x saucepans and glass bowls for Bain Maries, 2 x silicone spatulas, offset spatula or butter knife, tablespoon, wooden skewer, small paintbrush, large sharp SERRATED knife.
