Karen's Scottish Winter's Pie

Join the brilliant Karen Wright (GBBO contestant from series 9) live from Wakefield, UK who will guide you through baking her classic Scottish Winter's Pie. A spiced and warming lamb or beef pie with a decorative lattice pastry lid is served with a swede/rutabaga & potato mash and a smooth whiskey cream sauce. A perfect dinner for a cold winter's night.
