These fancy treats are a hybrid of delcious doughnuts and classic choux pastry to make the fabulously moreish Choux-Nuts. Jane will show you how to make the Choux Nut pastry and then you will adorn them with a Maple & Pecan glaze as well as a Raspberry & White Chocolate icing. Too tasty to share!
