Jane's Lemon & Blueberry Entremets - GBBO 2024, Week 9

Join the brilliant Jane Beedle (GBBO finalist from series 7) live from Kent, UK who will guide you through baking the ninth of our GBBO Mystery classes from 2024's Bake Off, where we will teach you the showstopper challenge from week 9 of this year's show: Blueberry & Lemon Entremets, with a blueberry insert, lemon gel, smooth Bavarian cream and gloriously shiny mirror glaze.
