Join the brilliant Ian Cumming (GBBO series six finalist) live from Cambridge for a special Bake With a Legend Christmas Eve Party Webinar who will teach you the skills you need to master his delicious Festive Ameretti Biscuits with a Zabaglione Dip. 

If you're looking for a last minute Christmas bake or an edible present you have come to the right place! Festive Amaretti Biscuits are just the tasty ticket as they’re very quick and simple to make. Plus a bonus Zabaglione dip for a bit of Christmas decadence!

The class starts at 9am PT / 11am CT / 12pm ET / 5pm UK on Saturday 24th December 2022 and will take around one hour. This will give you a sample of what a full length class with Bake With A Legend entails whilst making a delicious treat that we hope you'll enjoy with your loved ones on Christmas Day. This class will be great for all the family so do invite all your friends and family to sign up - it's completely FREE.

All you need is access to Zoom via a computer, an iPad or a phone and you'll be connected! We’ll start off the class with an introductory welcome and some background from Dan's time on TV, before we ask you to put on your aprons & bake along as you watch Dan demonstrate all the skills required to make this delicious Autumn treat. 

Please note this class will be taught in a webinar format and will likely have several hundred people joining us, unlike our normal classes, which are restricted to around twenty. Registration is essential and the only way to get an invite link to this class.

Ingredients for Ameretti Biscuits

2 large egg whites

180g caster sugar

300g ground almonds

zest 1 orange

1tsp cinnamon (or any other festive spice you like)

75g icing sugar

Zabaglione Dip

2 egg yolks

20g caster sugar

1/2tsp cinnamon

1.5tbsp (20g) Marsala wine (ideally) or dessert wine or any white wine
