Howard's Apple Strudel

Join Howard Middleton (GBBO contestant from series 4) live from Sheffield who will teach you the skills you need to bake his delicious Apple Strudel, the classic Austrian dessert.

In this class you'll be making your very own paper-thin strudel dough from scratch, so this really is a class to 'stretch' your baking skills! Your Strudel will encase a scrumptious traditional apple filling, giving you a taste of the European pastry scene.
