Dan's Pasteis de Nata, London

Join the brilliant Dan Beasley Harling (GBBO, series 9) in the kitchen of our East London venue to learn a classic bake from scratch. Dan will teach you all the skills you need to become a master the Pastéis de Nata in a 2 hours 30 minute masterclass.

Pasteis de Nata, or Portuguese custard tarts, are a fast favourite with everyone who tries them. A unique laminated pastry gives these tarts an impressive crunch, and contrasts beautifully with the creamy custard filling. With Dan’s unique method, you’ll enjoy learning lots of great skills and tips and be warned they may not last that long once you’ve made them!
