Christiaan's Mystery Class - GBBO 2026, Week 4

Join the amazing Christiaan de Vries (GBBO finalist from series 15) live from his kitchen in London who will guide you through baking the fourth of our GBBO Mystery classes from 2026's Bake Off, where we will teach you the signature or technical challenge from week 4 of this year's show.

The recipe will be released once the corresponding episode has aired on UK television.

The class is on Sunday 18th October at the following times:

We’ll start off the class with an introductory welcome and some background from Christiaan's time on TV, before we ask you to put on your aprons and bake along as you watch Christiaan demonstrate all the skills required to make your delicious recipe.
