A wonderfully comforting autumnal pudding, combining a soft pumpkin-spiced sponge with a rich, glossy chocolate fudge sauce that magically forms underneath as it bakes. Served warm with a generous spoonful of lightly spiced pumpkin mascarpone Chantilly and crunchy caramelised pecans, it’s the perfect combination of warm spices, chocolate and contrasting textures.
