Andy's Gin & Tonic Lime Drizzle Cake

Join the talented Andy Ryan (GBBO contestant from series 15) live from Essex, UK who will guide you through baking his delicious Gin & Tonic Lime Drizzle Cake - a summery (and boozy) twist on the classic citrus drizzle cake: a gin flavoured sponge meets with a tonic-infused syrup, all topped with a tangy lime curd and a sweet Chantilly cream.
