DAN BEASLEY-HARLING

Dan was a contestant on Series 9 of The Great British Bake Off, where he was awarded Star Baker in Dessert Week, and received a record-breaking three 'Hollywood Handshakes’ for his signature bakes. A keen baker since childhood, Dan has a passion for classic flavours, and a meticulous eye for decorating detail.

Dan encourages his students to strive for baking perfection but also to enjoy every aspect of the journey, striving to make his masterclasses light-hearted and fun, as well as learning experiences.

Since the show, Dan can be found demonstrating at food festivals, developing recipes for major brands, and of course, teaching in our Bake With A Legend masterclasses.
