Julia is a Siberian born baker who was a 'Star Baker' on The Great British Bake Off 2017. She is passionate about sharing bakes from her Russian heritage and the recipes she has developed through her new roots in Britain, as well as exploring different baking cultures around the world.

Always smiling and having fun, Julia loves performing in front of and meeting new people.

On the back of her time on GBBO, Julia has been up and down the country demonstrating at Food Festivals and other events.
